FoundingSite is a small team. Biographies, photographs, and locations are published only once verified; until then this page describes the standard of service rather than inventing a history, offices, or clients.

Estate, Atelier, and Monument each ship every customer page, from home to inquiry to policies, before any plan is sold.
Every inquiry has an owner.
A homeowner's inquiry is recorded once and assigned to a person or a visible fallback queue, even when a notification fails.
Every public promise matches a deliverable.
Software connections appear with their real verification status and are never sold as inclusions until they pass.
Service model
Service runs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, excluding a published U.S. holiday calendar. Response targets by plan: standard, 2 business days on Presence; priority, 1 business day on Studio; a named contact, 4 business hours on Private Office. Urgent triage for account exposure, lost inquiries, or an unavailable live site is targeted within one business hour on every plan.
How collections are curated
A reusable collection can be premium because the work is in what a template usually lacks: careful art direction, complete pages, practical editing, and reliable support. Each collection is developed against real contractor content and reviewed on desktop and mobile before release.
