What it does.
- Launch support for individual Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business mailboxes; shared or delegated mailboxes are not supported at launch
- Connected business email on Studio (3 connected inboxes, team sharing) and Private Office (99 connected inboxes, team sharing); Presence has no mailbox connection and notifies you of new inquiries by email
- Assignment, private notes that can never be sent by the Reply action, and reply-all review
- Delivery states you can trust: Sending, Checking, Sent, Delivered, Failed, Bounced
- Quoted text and attachments follow mailbox permissions, not record sharing
- FoundingSite connects your mailbox; it does not host email
