Exporting your content and records
Export contacts, leads, opportunities, activity, your copy, and original media at any time, including the 30-day window after service ends.
Before you start
- Owner or export permission
Steps
- Open Settings, then Export, and choose the scope.
- Wait for the package; it contains a CSV per entity, a JSON manifest, your content, and media originals in parts of up to 2 GB.
- Download it only in your authorized account; it may contain personal information.
Expected result
A readable package that explains relationships without an active subscription.
If something goes wrong
A failed export offers a retry; exporting never deletes anything.
