Export a reviewed contact and project summary with approved files, record the destination reference, and confirm completion.

Before you start

A won opportunity, or a qualified inquiry in external-sales mode

Steps

Open the opportunity and choose Hand off manually.
Preview the fields to share; private notes and unrelated mail are excluded by default.
Export the package (CSV and JSON summary plus approved attachments).
Create the record in your construction software and paste its reference back.
Mark the transfer Confirmed complete; a downloaded package alone is not a completed transfer.

Expected result

The opportunity shows Confirmed complete with the reference, person, and date.

If something goes wrong

A pending transfer reminds the named owner after two business days.
