Connecting a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox

Connect an individual business mailbox by authorization on Studio (up to 3) or Private Office (up to 99); shared or delegated mailboxes are not supported at launch.

Before you start

  • An individual Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 business mailbox
  • An active Studio or Private Office subscription; Presence has no mailbox connection and sends new-inquiry notifications by email

Steps

  1. Open Inbox and choose Connect a mailbox.
  2. Sign in with the provider and grant the requested scopes.
  3. Choose the history scope: from now on, or a reviewed import of up to 12 months.
  4. Send yourself a test message and confirm it arrives in the conversation list.

Expected result

The mailbox shows Connected and your sending identity is your own address.

If something goes wrong

Needs attention means authorization expired; reconnect from the same screen. History is kept.
