Publishing and reviewing your website

Before you start

• An active subscription
• A verified inquiry path: a connected mailbox on Studio and Private Office, or a notification address on Presence

Steps

1. Open Website and choose Preview; check every page at desktop and mobile widths, including forms and policies.
2. Read the readiness list: required content, image rights, inquiry destination, contact details, links.
3. Choose Publish. Only an authorized publisher can; editing alone never changes the public site.
4. Confirm the public change at your hosted address or domain.

Expected result

A published version with its date and publisher; the previous version remains restorable.

If something goes wrong

If publication fails, the live site stays at the last approved version; the issue list names what to fix.
